The displays in the museum are being constantly changed, so frequent visitors will always find something different and fresh to see.

LOCAL COLLECTORS
The museum will be running a programme of exhibitions of local people's collections. These displays will usually run for two months.

Currently there is an exhibition of model trains from two local collectors. There are model trains in guage 1, guage 0 and guage 00 dating from the early twentieth century.
There is also a hand made 00 guage model of Malmesbury station made by Aaron New a student from Sherston.

We are also acquiring the wedding dress, many lace samples and bobbins plus scrap books which used to belong to Dorothy Barnes. Dorothy was famed locally for her lace-making and this will enhance the material we already have.
