Chas Gould has just completed a novel which has taken him 15 years of sporadic writing to do. The story is set in three time periods: the present day, the 11th century and the 7th century. It is a tale about discovering a purpose in life and achieving fulfilment. The 11th century part of the tale is set in Malmesbury and ranges across Europe whilst the 7th century part follows a journey from Ireland to Jerusalem. In carrying out the research for his book Chas discovered a variety of interesting facts, events and characters that he will share with us in his talk.
Tea will be served at 2.30pm followed by the talk at 3pm
